Bread Pudding

Ingredients
6 slices day-old bread
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Break bread into small pieces into an 8 inch square baking pan. Drizzle melted butter or margarine over bread. If desired, sprinkle with raisins.

Shahi Toast

Ingredients
Four slices of Bread each cut diagonally into two pieces.
ghee or oil for frying.
Sugar Syrup [mix 2.5 cups of sugar with 1 cup of water and cook syrup for five min ]
rabri ( thickend milk)..1/2 cup
Few Cashewnuts, Almonds, Coconut powder, Raisins, Silver Foil for garnishing.

Method
Fry all the slices in hot ghee till golden brown.
Dip these fried slices into sugar syrup for 30 seconds and take them out in a serving plate.

Tasty Toast

Ingredients:
Bread slices, cut each piece into half 3
Eggs 3
Onion finely chopped 1
Green chili, finely chopped 1
Butter or oil 4 tbsp
Salt and pepper powder to taste

Method:
Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper, chopped onions and
chili and beat well with a fork.
Divide the egg mixture into two parts and keep aside.

Bread Potato Cutlet

Ingredients :
Bread with its edges cut - 4 or 5 slices
Potato - cooked and mashed - 2 nos
Salt - to taste
Green chilli - cut into pieces - 4
Grated cheese - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - cut - a little
Sooji (Maida) powder - 2 tablespoon
Bread crumbs - as required

Method :
Soak bread slices, take it out and squeeze the water front that.

Quick Bread Pizza

Ingredients :
2 green capsicum deseeded and finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
2 green chilli finely chopped
8 slices of bread
8 tablespoons tomato chilly sauce
8 tablespoons grated cheese
salt to taste
butter to grease the pan

Method :
In a bowl, mix the finely chopped bell peppers, onions, green chillies and salt
Divide into 8 equal portions.
Place each portion on a bread slice.
Top with tomato sauce and sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Bread Pulao

For 2 servings..

Cut 4 bread slices into small pieces & keep aside.
Boil 2 patatos, & after peeling off cut it in small pieces. Cut a tamato in small pieces.
Heat 3 tbsp. Refined Oil in a container, crackle the cumin seeds(1tbsp), add mustard seeds(1tbsp), & curry leaves. Add patato n tamato in the mixture, add salt & pepper. After 3-4 minutes of cooking at high heat, add breads slices cut into small pieces, deep fry it.. & serve, only HOT.
