Ingredients :

-4 slices Bread (wheat or plain) but day old
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1 Tomato (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Coriander (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt - to taste
2 1/2 tsp Oil
1/4 tsp Cumin & Mustard Seeds


Method :
Chop the bread in very tiny cubes. Keep aside.Heat oil in a large saucepan, add seeds, splutter.Add onion, tomatoes and cook till tender.Add in bread and all other ingredients.Stir well to mix the masalas evenly.Garnish with more coriander if desired.Serve hot.
