Egg Pudding

Time: 15-30 mins

Ingredients :

Milk 1/2 litre
Eggs 3
Condensed milk 1 small can
Sugar 4 to 5 tspns
Any fruit essence


Method :

Blend 3 eggs in a blender first at low for 1 min and at high for 2 mins. Stop when you see bubbles on the liquid.Add milk and blend again for 2 mins on high.Add few drops of essence...

Fried Egg Sandwich

Ingredients :
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup capsicum, chopped finely
1/4 cup boiled peas
1/4 cup chopped and boiled French beans
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp mayonnaise
4 bread slices, toasted and buttered

Method :
Heat butter in a pan.Put eggs, stir well.Add all the vegetable.Add salt, pepper powder and garlic past.Stir continuously till egg is cooked (consistency should be thick. Spread mayonnaise on two slices of bread (evenly)....
