Ingredients :1cup boiled macaroni or noodles
1 1large onion grated
2 tomatoes grated
2 potatoes boiled and sliced thin or grated
1 capsicum deseeded and cut into thin rounds
1 spring onion finely chopped
1/2 tsp. ginger grated
1 tsp. garlic grated
1 tsp. red chilli crush or powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. corn flour
salt to taste
1 tbsp. grated cheese
1 tbsp. coriander chopped
2 tbsp. butter

Ingredients :Bread 1 loaf
Eggs 4 (boiled and chopped)
Cheese 100g
Butter
Pepper and Salt to taste.Method :Cut the sides of the bread and apply butter finely on one side of
the slice.
Mix rest of the ingredients to a smooth paste.
Apply the paste on the bread slice and roll it gently.
Then, carefully tie a thin ribbon in the center of the rolled bread.
