Time: 15-30 minsIngredients :1 cup - almonds
2 ½ cups - sugar
2 cups - ghee
1 pinch - kesar(saffron)
Method :
Soak almonds in a bowl with boiling water.Remove the skin of almonds
and make fine paste by grinding them in a grinder.Boil sugar with one
cup of water in a pan.Boil till it turns into syrup.Add almonds paste
to the boiling syrup and mix it well.Make a solution of kesar powder in

Indredients :
Peas -100 gms
Gram Flour -200 gms
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Baking powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Water-1/4 cup (approx)
Oil for frying
Method :
Dry grind the peas in a mixee.mix with besan and put all other ingredients.
Mix water and make a thick batter. keep aside for 15 min.fry as small
dumplings in hot oil.Serve with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.

Ingredients 6 slices large sized sandwiches bread
1 cup milk
2 tbsp grated cheese
butter to spread on slices
1 cucumber thinly sliced
salt
fresh ground black pepper
Method
Hold 3 slices at a time and cut diagonally to get
six triangles. Keep each set of 3 separate so they fit one on the other
exactly.Take the milk in a saucer. Use a cutting board to make the sandwich.Apply butter to the bread,
dip in milk of 2-3 seconds. Place on the board. Spread some cheese.
